Rocklands

The climbing has been excellent! There is tons of rock and the quality is superb... the styles vary a great deal, yet this adds to the uniqueness of the place. There are powerful Hueco like roofs, stunning quartzite faces, and gritty sandstone grips reminiscent of the dirty south! The boulders seem to go on forever, so if one wanted to explore and put up new lines they are only limited by how far they are willing to walk! The town of Clanwilliams is only 15km down the road and it has all of the supplies (very inexpensive!) that one could need. The locals are quite friendly too.

I was only able to post a few shots as I haven't been taking that many photos, for I have been busy running around and trying to climb everything! I will try and take more pics in the coming weeks...
